Camp Self-Care

Your Summer Break

(Before you Break!)

Self-care. It’s everywhere! It seems like EVERYONE is telling you to do it!

We know we need to take better care of ourselves, but we can’t figure out how to make it work. Sometimes we may even resent the suggestion. Or wonder how we will fit another thing into our busy lives.

The truth is self-care isn’t a luxury.

it's a necessity

Does this sound like you?

  • You feel like you should be doing better but are constantly falling short
  • You don’t even know HOW to “take care of yourself”
  • Instead of taking care of yourself, you “comfort” yourself mindlessly–- with food, coffee, alcohol, shopping, TV, & social media – that make things worse
  • You want to take care of yourself but need help with taking action
  • You are uncomfortable when it comes time to say NO to others and struggle when it’s time to say YES to yourself
  • You want to be more consistent in prioritizing yourself –without guilt or shame
  • You want a stronger connection and understanding of what self-care really means

If you answered YES or HECK YES to one of these, we have an AMAZING opportunity to offer you.

Welcome to Camp Self-Care!

Summer camp season is here and it’s time to join! Camp Self-Care is a place to learn, grow and refresh. An opportunity to experience the freedom and fun that taking care of yourself can bring!
