Camp Self-Care is a three-week program run by Molly Carmel, LCSW and Alisa Kriegel, PhD, two dynamic, no-nonsense therapists with over 50 combined years of experience in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), addiction, eating disorders, substance use, relationships, and trauma. They will teach you, guide you and get you loaded up on skills to create a long-term framework for self-care that works for YOU!
