This class is offered on Tuesdays at 8am ET with an option to choose how much you want to pay. We suggest a contribution of $15 but truly appreciate any amount you’re able to pay.

- The DAY PRIOR to your group session you will receive the Zoom link. Zoom is a free web-based video conferencing tool or PC, MAC and mobile devices.

- Zoom requires internet connection, speakers, a microphone, and webcam.
- Zoom enables Molly to see and speak with you. For most of the session participants will be muted.
- Please be sure your camera is on. Molly’s preference is to see you.
- If you do not have a camera device you will be able to dial in via phone call.
