We had a whole list of things to talk about and then the night before the podcast we pivoted to talk about (among other things) cyberbullying in the world of wellness (and how it impacts us as helpers), the stigma around speaking out against intuitive eating, being conditioned by diet culture to doubt our choices, and finding our own voice and path when it comes to a relationship with food.

She also runs the Drama-Free Healthy Living podcast and records guided meditations for Simple Habit.
