In this episode, I’m taking about how I broke free from diet culture – the drama and the trauma to create a new, loving, peaceful *relationship* with food. So many people are unwittingly trapped in this diet drama – feeling it’s impossible to ever ever ever have anything else but the cycle. Like they don’t even know there is something else – and there IS. I’m talking all about the how and the why of it today. A loving relationship with food is so much different that a diet – It’s about uncovering the knowledge about what is best for your own body, moving out of a punishing mindset and into a growth mindset, and agreeing to never ever give up on yourself.
