My Experience With Long Covid and How It Impacted My Eating Disorder

Molly has listened to stories of people’s transgressions against themselves, whether it be binging, starving, drinking until blackout, the list goes on. Though, based on her experience, there are three real truths behind why we transgress, particularly with food. Not being able to set and enforce healthy boundaries, trouble finding nourishment and nurturance from other sources, and not having enough joy in life. 

In this episode, Molly breaks down her scary experience having covid-19 (twice) and the impact it’s had on her eating disorder. She details the feelings she had when she realized that she had gained 10-15 pounds, how she overcame the overwhelm of gaining weight while sick, and the nuggets of truth she learned along her journey.
