I talk about how beating yourself up actually isn’t the answer, how getting extra help and support can go a looooooong way with healing feelings, the importance of setting limits when it comes to achieving our goals, and how unrealistic expectations and perfectionism is so often the thing getting in the way of self-love and believing you actually *are* doing enough (ps: you ARE).
